Ordering

Placing Orders

You can place orders directly through our website or by calling us at (507) 847-3973. Browse our product catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed through our secure checkout. For custom orders or large quantities, phone orders are welcome.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers for business accounts. We do not accept personal checks or cash on delivery.
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once an order begins processing, changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Shipping

Delivery Questions

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours. Ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within our region. Priority shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $500 within the continental United States. Some large items like complete exhaust systems or oversized wheels may not qualify for free shipping regardless of order total.
Yes! Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Our address is 605 2nd Street, Jackson, MN. We're open Mon-Fri 8AM-6PM and Saturday 9AM-4PM.
Products

Parts & Compatibility

Each product page lists compatible vehicles when available. For specific fitment questions, contact us with your year, make, model, and engine size. We verify fitment before shipping and can recommend alternatives if needed.
We do not offer installation services at our location. However, we can recommend local mechanics and shops who install our parts. Basic installation guidance is included with purchase via phone or email.
All parts sold by Kauffman Auto Supply are new unless clearly marked as refurbished or used. We source products directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors.
Returns

Returns & Warranty

New, unused items may be returned within 30 days with original packaging. Electrical components, software, custom orders, and clearance items cannot be returned. See our Refunds & Returns page for complete details.
Most manufacturers offer 1-year limited warranties. Extended warranties are available for select products. Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer—we assist by facilitating the claim process.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving a defective item. We'll arrange for return shipping at our expense and send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
