Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability information. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order.

Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All orders are subject to verification and approval. Payment must be received before products ship.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories. Custom-ordered items and electrical components cannot be returned. Please see our Refunds & Returns page for complete details.

Warranty Information

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must be directed to the respective manufacturer. We assist with warranty claims but do not guarantee outcomes. Some products may have limited warranties.

Limitation of Liability

Kauffman Auto Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, Minnesota.
