Our return process and policies

Return Eligibility

New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories, instructions, and documentation. Opened software, electrical components, and custom-ordered items cannot be returned.

Return Process

1. Contact us at (507) 847-3973 or info@cleansitees.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Pack the item securely in original packaging with all accessories.

3. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.

4. Ship the item with a trackable carrier to: 605 2nd Street, Jackson, MN 56143.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as returns followed by new orders. If you need an item urgently, we recommend placing a new order while your return is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or refund including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened software and electronic chips
  • Custom-ordered or special request items
  • Used or installed parts
  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Gift cards
